केंद्र निर्धारण सन्दर्भ में निम्न लिखित तथ्यों को ध्यान में रखा जाए –

• सरकारी विद्यालय /महाविद्यालयों को केंद्र बनाने में प्राथमिकता दी जाये। तत्पश्चात निजी विद्यालय, महाविद्यालय, तकनीकी महाविद्यालय, संस्कृत या अन्य विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय को आवश्यकतानुसार केंद्र बनाये जाए।
• 200 से कम परीक्षार्थी क्षमता वाले विद्यालयों /महाविद्यालयों को सामान्यतय केंद्र नहीं बनाया जाए।
• बीएड कॉलेज एवं बीएसटीसी महाविधायालयों के शिक्षकों को परीक्षा में वीक्षक नहीं लगाए जाए।
• यह सुनिश्चित कर लिया जाए कि केंद्र से  100 मीटर की दूरी तक फोटोस्टेट व इंटरनेट की सुविधा यदि है तो प्रशासनिक / आधिकारिक रूप से बंद करवा दिए जायेंगे।
• परीक्षा केंद्र परिसर के  100 मीटर तक कोई हॉस्टल नहीं चल रहा है।

• राजस्थान पीटीईटी परीक्षा का प्रश्न पत्र हिंदी तथा अंग्रेजी भाषा में होगा। प्रश्न पत्र की अवधि तीन घंटे की होगी। प्रत्येक प्रश्न तीन अंक का होगा तथा पूरा प्रश्नपत्र 600 अंकों का होगा। सही उत्तर के लिए 3 अंक दिए जाएंगे। टीचिंग एप्टीटुड के प्रश्नो के मूल्याङ्कन 3 से 0 अंक की स्केल पर होगा। परीक्षा में किसी भी प्रकार की नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं होगी। 
• अभ्यार्थी परीक्षा में ओएमआर शीट भरने के लिए काली एवं नीली स्याही के बाल पॉइंट पेन का ही प्रयोग करें। परीक्षा का आयोजन प्रवेश पत्र में दी हुई परीक्षा तिथि एवं केंद्र पर होगा। केंद्र में परिवर्तन हेतु कोई आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
• परीक्षार्थी को सही उत्तर चुनकर उत्तर पत्रक में बॉल पेन से पुरे गोले को काला करना है। एक से अधिक गोले काले करने पर उत्तर गलत माना जाएगा।
• परीक्षा केंद्र पर मोबाइल फ़ोन, ब्लूटूथ, अथवा किसी प्रकार के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण का उपयोग वर्जित है।
