All selected candidates will have to produce for verification following documents in original before the Principal of the concerned Teacher Education Institute (TEI) at the time of admission and submit the self-attested photocopies of same along with 1 (one) recent passport size photograph with their signature.
- Certificate for proof of age. (Admit Card of H.S.L.C. / equivalent examination)
- Pass Certificate & Mark sheet of Higher Secondary (HS) [10+2] or its equivalent examination.
- Certificate of Caste (if any) from Competent Authority.
- Document to proof that he/she is youth of Assam.
- Person With Disability (PWD) certificate (if any) issued from the State Level Medical Board/District Level Medical Board.
