- वेबसाइट https://updeled.gov.in पर प्रदेश के जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण सस्थानों / निजी डीएलएड संस्थानों में आवंटित सीटों संख्या तथा वर्गवार/ श्रेणीवार रिक्त सीटों की सूची (सीट मैट्रिक्स) सहित उपलब्ध है। इसी वेबसाइट पर अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा सस्थानों का विकल्प भरे जाने हेतु विस्तृत दिशानिर्देश भी उपलब्ध है।
- अभ्यर्थियों की स्टेट रैंक अनुसार अभ्यर्थी संस्थान का विकल्प भरने हेतु निर्धारित समयावधि के भीतर वेबसाइट https://updeled.gov.in के माध्यम से सस्थानों का चयन कर लॉक करना सुनिश्चित करें। अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा सस्थान के विकल्प का चुनाव करने के पश्चात CHOICE LOCK न करने पर भरे गए विकल्पों को स्वतः लॉक माना जाएगा जिसमे किसी भी प्रकार का परिवर्तन स्वीकार नहीं होगा।
- अभ्यर्थी स्वयं अपने स्तर से निर्धारित वेबसाइट के माध्यम से संस्थान का विकल्प प्राथमिकता के आधार पर चयन (चॉइस फिलिंग/ चॉइस लॉक) करेंगे। अभ्यर्थी से अधिक सस्थानों का विकल्प भरें, उनके विकल्प चुनने की संख्या पर कोई बाध्यता नहीं है, वह एक बार में ही उपलब्ध समस्त संस्थानों का विकल्प वरीयता क्रम में चुन सकते है। जिससे उसकी मेरिट के सापेक्ष चुने हुए विकल्पों में से किसी एक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान का आवंटन किया जा सके। अभ्यर्थी द्वारा कम संख्या में प्रशिक्षण संस्थान का विकल्प देने पर यह सम्भावना है कि उन्हें मेरिट के सापेक्ष चुने हुए विकल्पों में से किसी भी प्रशिक्षण सस्थान का आवंटन न हो। अतः अधिक से अधिक संख्या में प्रशिक्षण संसथान का विकल्प चुने।
- अभ्यर्थियों की मेरिट के अनुसार प्रशिक्षण हेतु आवंटित संस्थान में अभिलेखीय जांच / प्रवेश की कार्यवाही के लिए आवंटन पत्र (Allotment Letter) प्रिंट करने हेतु अभ्यर्थी को रु. 10,000 (दस हजार मात्र) का भुगतान वेबसाइट पर दिए गए SBI MOPs Link द्वारा करना होगा।
- अभ्यर्थी द्वारा ही प्रशिक्षण हेतु संस्थान का विकल्प दिया गया है अतः अभ्यर्थी के स्टेट रैंक एवं भरे प्रशिक्षण संसथान के विकल्प की वरीयता से सस्थान / सीट का आवंटन होने के पश्चात, अभ्यर्थी को आवंटित प्रशिक्षण संस्थान में प्रवेश लेना अनिवार्य होगा। एक बार प्रशिक्षण संस्थान का आवंटन होने के पश्चात अभ्यर्थी को प्रवेश के अगले चरण / प्रक्रिया में पुनः ऑनलाइन विकल्प भरने का कोई अवसर प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा।
